Oscar the Grouch and his friend…uh…Cookie Monster?
If you think about it, this Oscar the Grouch costume is more realistic than others. If you live in a trashcan eating nothing but scraps, junk and garbage, you are probably going to get big.
Not a bad Oscar the Grouch costume this girl is wearing. I don’t know why, but the pierced nose cracks me up. I could see Oscar doing that.
